I’m here to translate your creative dreams into written reality.
My clients say I make them feel at ease when we do their book planning calls. So don’t fear! Low stress communication is where I shine. They recommend me because I help them express their ideas in an aligned and engaging way.
I love working with businesses owned and operated by people who identify as women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and/or immigrant folks. Let’s chat and I’ll figure out how to engage your audience in a way that feels comfortable to you.
My professional writing experience ranges from quick turnaround blog posts to full length book manuscripts. I am also trained in proofreading and fact-checking.
My credited work has appeared on CulinaryBackstreets.com, FoodandWaterWatch.org and FoodWhistleBlower.org. Check out my writing page to see samples of my work.
I’ve farmed organic vegetables in North and South America, investigated for activist groups in D.C., and ate my weight in fried sardines in Istanbul for a spell. My family raised me on a sailboat in San Diego, California and I hitchhike sailed through the South Pacific to Aotearoa New Zealand.
I’m grateful that reading adventure novels from a young age turned into living the real adventures of my dreams.
You can read more about my sailing story here. And find my food/farming/travel bio here.
